Again, with regards to # 71064:
I have made a new gmail account and used that to post another ticket and linked the old one. (71064) I got a reply very fast but it was clearly an automated result that had nothing to do with my initial request. I have an issue with the mobile authenticator setup, and the reply I get says that “after reviewing my account, there is no email authenticator set up”…
Can I get this looked into and get some help with this???

Hello Gaile, I posted here a while ago and you mentioned that an agent will be taking a look at this “today or tomorrow” that was 3 days ago and now almost 2 weeks that I have submitted my ticket. Is it really that slow or is my issue not resolvable? If the latter it would be great to get a reply so I can try to solve it another way.

Hey astral, thanks for your reply. However, I’m doing it all on my phone ( has same time ) so this still didn’t help me fix the issue. It’s been over a week and nothing from support.
I’m also using iOS, not android.

I am trying to add a mobile authenticator to my account but then I try to test the link (after scanning QR code) I keep getting “invalid code”

I tried looking in other sections but couldn’t find anything, that’s why I posted here.
I’m trying to set up the mobile authenticator. I have the app installed for iOS and when I link my gw2 account (manual or qr code) I go to enter the 6 digit code shown on the app and I keep getting the “invalid code” error when I try to link them. Soon as this happens, the secret code changed and I have to re- set up the app. Why does this keep failing??? Anyone experience this issue before?
