Guild Wars 2

i would love a first person view as well. i have so many screenshots because the arenanet team makes such beautiful scenery on high cliffs. i’d like a first person view option, or an option where you could type in a command and the tabs all around the screen (such as the chat box, story guide, commands at the bottom etc.) and then just your character could be standing on the cliff or plain. it would be really nice.

i do like this idea very much. also, if youu won’t give us this. pleeease please please turn off the rotating screen

All focus is, well it’s a catalyst. I haven’t played all classes but I believe focus is for magic classes. And a catalyst let’s magic users channel their magic.

I’d like to hear more suggestions on this feed too. don’t go nuts or anything or they won’t listen. try not to post things that have been said. i’d like the person from A-net to be interested in reading this, not feel like it’s a chore to run through all these pointless notes like i see in a lot of threads.

I know of many weapons. I’ve never even heard of a focus before this game. ha ha i wish we could go back to the classics! I have spoken to a lot of the people in the game, and i think that some valuable additions would be:

-Gauntlets: fisticuffs, etc. for hand combat, it would be an interesting new form of game-play, and i think there would be value in the weapons. many people would probably agree that people like Warriors and Thieves would like this. i know i would for my warrior.

-2H Axes: these seem to be a common request or suggestion that i hear of. i believe they would be a pretty fun addition to the game because so far the only “heavy” weapons we have are Greatsword and Warhammer. 2H Axe would be quite fun to experience.

-Lances & Spears (ground): would definitely be fun. diverse game-play style for sure. i believe the underwater skills could reflect the same on ground. quick jabs and block counters. stuff like that, it would be cool for Mesmers and guardians. maybe a Mesmers could use it for range. like throws and disappears after shooting through the enemy. Also, people seem to want halberds, i think maybe a skin would be suitable if it isn’t a possible request.

-Claws: Lots of people seem to want claws for thieves, it sounds fun, and cool. I mean come on, their claws… that’s freaking awesome.

that’s all i’ve got for weapons. but i would like to see more skins in the game. like katana skins, more scimitar skins. stuff like that. I love the graphics department of A-net because you guys always come through with some really cool skins and such.

Thank you Arena net for an amazing game and all the effort, thought, hard work put into the game. i know there is a ton of work put into every part of this game. and i know taking new weapons and having to balance the power and such with other weapons would be crazy difficult. but you have no idea how much every person in the game would appreciate some new stuff to mix up an already amazing game even more.
