Dungeon: Sorrow’s Embrace

Both story and explorable mode are either putting players into different instances or just not letting them enter at all. Tried the usual methods as I’ve encountered this problem before, but it’s not a player side issue.

I haven’t been able to get a group into Caudecus’s Manor for days. Story mode if that matters.

We’ve tried both 5 person groups and other times just two of us, but we’re always in our own separate instance of the dungeon.

We’ve tried everyone walking into the portal and entering the dungeon simultaneously. Having one person completely load into the dungeon and have others accept the pop up prompt. Have others ignore the prompt and walk into the portal.

More than half of the time the enter dungeon button wouldn’t even work. The pop up would disappear and you’d still be outside.
