Well i have been having that problem since 23:20(GMT+1) 28/11/2012, it makes you unable to send mails and unable to sell on the Trading post.
Contacting CS is a waste since all you get is a Automated reply.
create a new character spend 65gold on crafting and you have a lv80 up and running!
