I gotta share this -

I opened my emails this evening in the promise that I may have resolution.

I saw the content stating: “Receive Bonus Items with Guild Wars 2 Digital Deluxe”
Opened it and found it asked: “Upgrade Your Standard Edition with Guild Wars 2 Digital Deluxe”
“For Incredible New Items and a Powerful Elite Skill Upgrade Your Game to Digital Deluxe Now”

I just laughed – No trolling intended, you’ve got to see the funny side….

Please keep trying Support.
And please share the Memo with marketing on how sensitive some of us are

I still cant find after re-reading anything related to me. If you find it I will stand corrected, otherwise go troll somewhere else

I read the GW2wiki and it says this:

Reporting exploits
If you discover an emergency game-breaking or economy-breaking bug, do not exploit it, but please notify us immediately at this email address: exploits (at) arena (dot) net

How about the exploit where GW2 charge people for a product and don’t supply what was paid for?

I paid for Digital Deluxe Edition – Got the Digital Edition.

I have posted my issue with account merging in the account merging area. Its kind of like the ocean… All the issues are bobbing there and I am guessing the tide will get them eventually.

I shall get to the point. No one is responding via the ticket system. I am not getting what I paid for or any communication indicating I will be getting it. I would like a refund. Please contact me via email to organise this.

128028-002158 and 120829-006110. If they can be merged then please do so.

I started 2 tickets -
1) I couldn’t link my digital deluxe edition with my pre-purchase; and
2) My digital deluxe items are not there.

When I tried to merge accounts I got an error saying “a server error was encountered. Please wait a moment and try again.”

I hate putting things on forums and its usually a sign that frustration has set in and the ticket system is no longer working for me.

There is some too and fro from support and myself and after 1 and a half weeks the guys replying to my ticket aren’t giving me a solution. I am, however, getting copy/paste generic account solutions and please click this link to our knowledge base.

Look, I will be nice here and say If you don’t have a solution to a problem its best not to throw out generic solutions. If you are working on it, best let me know you haven’t shelved it. No news is bad news.

I paid for the digital deluxe edition on launch and didn’t get it. Please refund my purchase. The date/timestamps on my tickets will let you know when I had enough.
