I’ve been having this error with trying to log in since the maintenance that occurred earlier this morning. It did state there could be connectivity issues, but the maintenance has since ended and I’ve even managed to patch the 3gb update while still being unable to log in past the launcher. There’s nothing wrong with my firewall or router settings, security applications and I’m not connecting through a campus network. I was playing last night with no hitches and nothing has changed except the ArenaNet maintenance.
How long do I have to wait until I can log in again? It’s been 9 hours now and there’s no cut and dry fix for this problem, it just directs me to the support section of the website which offers no valuable help and I’ve submitted support tickets in the past that I’ve never had replies to so that already seems like a waste of time. I just want to play the kitten game.
