Lagging issue after latest patch!

I have experienced lag before so I have done the usual troubleshooting with turning off unnecessary start up processes, reinstall the client again and updating the graphics driver. Everything was perfect with good frame rate until the latest patch. I’m not sure what the latest patch was meant for but I hope that perhaps someone could help me out if they experience the same and what they have done about it. Thank you.

I have ran fractals and have been disconnected from the client around four times due to lag. Apparently no one else from the group experienced this but me… my computer is up to date and is an i7 processor and this hasn’t happened. Plus even going to Queensdale and doing other dungeon, same choppy and laggy responses, for example, when attacking with key 1, 2, 3 ,4, etc. it just continue lighting up but no response is registering. This especially happens when events come up or when there is a battle with a boss. Lastly, as mentioned before, the Trading Post takes a while to load… hope the issue is resolved in a timely manner. Thank you.
