Guild Wars 2

I to use “Pinnacle Game Profiler” and an xbox controller but I have been using this program since beta so I find it odd that they would ban for it now.

I just tried to “Ask a Question” on the support page. Filled every box and clicked continue it then says “Submiting…” for a long time, then times out same as when trying to create a account.

I assume you “ANET” have made a big mistake and the flood of people trying to put in tickets is just too much for your site. I will come back and try again later…

I also tried to make a new support account and it has been in the submitting process for a long time… EDIT: the form timed out twice now

Just tried to login to support site again here is the message I get….

I got this ban today, I haven’t even played the game for about a week. Logged on to find I’ve been banned for tampering with the game WTH… I go to support to put in a ticket but the support site will not let me login I keep getting a generic “something went wrong message” This is ridiculous!!….

So I’ve been banned even though I haven’t played for days and then cannot file a complaint.. Help me this is really aggravating ……….
