As is said i did all, got 100% vistas / SP/ PoI and Hearts – i should have my gifts, am i ?

Was wondering if any of you got same problem. I did 100% World Completition done, did all hearts, vistas, skill points and points of interests and got nothing, no Gifts of Exploration, nothing – meanwhile my guildmater did it to and got hes reward as well as that cool star thingy over his head.
Any ideas?
