Would like to know any update on the support ticket, it’s been 5-6 days without any replies.
Resolved. I would like to thank Anet for their swift reply after posting here. But I would like to highlight 1 issue…..How can we post here when our acct are banned? Our foum acct got banned too… If we are unable to post here, our tix might get no response for a long time and some might resort to creating new tix cause further delays again.
