Guild Wars 2

Hello everyone, just out of curiosity, is Arena Net ever going to introduce or make capes for Guild Wars 2.. not that back items skins or capes really matter its just the full completion of a character. How can a hero be without a cape! Why does every other game have capes and GW2 does not?
