I am from the US and I have the same “Errorcode: 42:0:9001:4333” when I try logging in from my new hard drive every single time. I got the error with Windows 8.1 on that drive so I upgraded to 10 and still the same issue. If I switch my bios to the old drive that has 8.1 it loads just fine.
It would be nice if I could get a response back for a GM. I literally sent over 50 crash reports through the crash system and even attached a log of several on this thread and heard not a kitten thing from anyone. I understand I am not the only person playing the game but reading the threads I am also not the only have this problem. What is the point in submitting if no one bothers to read the kitten things and works on getting it fixed.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Still crashing. I am getting very kittened cause I can not complete my level 60 story line because of this. My wife had the same hardware configuration as I have and she has no problems at all. It would be nice if a tech support person could help me out.
Well did the repair and it seemed to work for a short time. Now I am back to crashing. I can’t finish my level 60 story line because of it. Unistalled and going to try a new install and hope that works.

I downloaded an update on Wednesday. LOgged in Thursday and there was another little patch of like 1000 files. Since then I keep crashing with different error messages. I tried following the instruction on the website as to how to repair my data files but every time I try to change the target location in the properties I get an invalid value message. I attached a file of some of the messages I submitted through the crash report. Short of uninstalling and reinstalling I am not sure what else to do.
