I can either press “o” or go to a trade merchant but when I try to access them I just get the window with a loading circle in the middle and it never changes. I have tried a re-installation of the game to no avail.. I have been able to access the BLTC on my husbands computer on my account but was not able to purchase gems however my husband has been able to purchase gems on his account on his computer. With doing a re-install I would have to say this is not an issue on my end. I have submitted a ticket Incident: 120903-002372 if some one could please help it would be greatly appreciated thank you very much
