I have the same issue for the past 2 hours.
tried logging different characters, guesting etc. but nothing seems to work.
game = unplayable
EDIT:
NEXT DAY: Problem solved – not sure how or if anybody spent time doing it but thank you very much all the same. my game is back to normal.
