I was wandering why the game doesn’t take all the programmable buttons of my mouse to bind them with keyboard keys??

Hello guys, i am seeking help about my chef discovery panel because i cannot see all my igredients on the left side. I have them on my inventory or in the bank but they are not appearing there so i cannot discover new recipies… I have all 4 igredients that are needed but they are not shown on the left side of the chef discovery panel… How can i fix this pls..???
