I was just wondering if anyone else found that the characters models look 100x better when you put your shader setting to medium as it no longer has the prominent white shine on your character model regardless of the current lighting in the area, as it is always on the left hand side of your character no mater what direction you look at them from. The reason I dislike the shine is that it makes everyone look as if they are covered in Vaseline.
Why don’t I just use medium, you say well because the rest of the world (not character models) look 100x better with shader on high.
So that is why I was wondering if Arena net would ever consider creating a tick box in the graphics option section called shiny character models and remove it from the shader settings.
I have attached a picture of my character in a very dark area where you are in complete shadow of the mountain with shader on high/medium
