“You got Henged…”

Axe/Dagger actually works wonders with current DS heavy builds. Is it a signet stacked WW warrior….no….is it viable….very very much so.

1 does need to be scaled up to be on par with the raw DPS of other 1h weapon choices. Outside of that am fine with the behavior and speed.

2 I don’t care if the dmg isn’t buffed, but it would be nice if the damage was more steady rather than a ramp up. It’s too easy to detect, lacks the oomph of other classes similar moves, and easy to time an interrupt off it. The two factors combined are what make it feel underwhelming.

3 The retaliation is meh the cripple is fine. I’d prefer they drop the boon, and simply raise the AOE dmg, or add Life Force gain to it as it would assist with Orr farming events.

Kinda got that icky vibe reading his comments about Necro’s being fine this week. It was like flashbacks to spring and the various early Dev comments on the D3 forums. And in reality I don’t care what they do to Necro’s.

I’m more erked by the nature of the conversation and the attitude it implied. The way, some, developers have this tunnel vision of their product and because of it fail to actually in any way grasp how things are actually working. And thus auto-patronize their language when speaking in a defensive measure to protect their “vision” rather than the reality around them.

So Jon….“should I be thankful” for how Necro’s currently work???

Going for a realistic appearance atm clothing-wise. Will shift back to black + dusky shortly. God I need to stop being lazy and get an 80 head piece….

Haven’t had any such problems today.

Squeaky wheels get the grease….well eventually I hope….those notes were kinda depressing this week.

While I do at times feel underwhelming, as a vet of the genre I’ve been through way worse. And while I do have alts there’s some funky synergy or perhaps lack thereof that brings me back to my necro.

Once I got to 80 I specced out of pets entirely, and have never looked back. Anet will have to do some kind of mad wizardry with these lolsauce pets to make me ever consider them viable. Perhaps they should check out CoV Minion Master….best working example of the concept I’ve ever used /shrug.
