Guild Wars 2

How do you “stash away” soul bound and account bound items? I am not arguing the fact that other ppl shouldn’t have info, but when you don’t have the option to remove said info from your desktop on a PC in your own home… I’m not expecting anything to happen, just worth a shot. Everyone can say yes or no or pass a judgement on what ppl should or shouldn’t do, but when it happens to a legitimate player/person… Meh

Sure it would mess up the economy but they can see the transactions on my account and clearly see that’s not the case. Sucks so bad

Thanks for the obvious about people not having the password. Like I said, I didn’t realize it was on auto log in. Yea it was a mistake and just asking for help. Other mmos if you deleted a toon theyd give it back if you wanted. Seems like a Friendly thing to do. And im no game developer but seems like it wouldn’t be that hard.

So here’s the deal, I am seriously frustrated now. I quit GW2 for a few months due to a divorce and my father passing away. I changed my place of residence and had Guild Wars 2 installed on my brothers PC, where I was staying at that time. Without thinking I had the login setting set to save username and password. A few weeks ago I log into my account and ALL of my toons where deleted. ALL 6 LVL 80 FULLY GEARED ASCENDED AND INCINERATOR! Yeah, tell me about it…
I contacted game support, submitted a ticket, went through all the proper channels to get it resolved. I didn’t get the response to my email within the 3 day window, I then posted on Gaile Gray’s topic page for 3 day or over tickets etc etc. I asked for a rollback because I lost my entire account. The account I played since pre-release.
So basically the response I got was that Anet isn’t going to reinstate my 6 level 80 toons with a legendary because it wasn’t hacked. Anet also said that I should NEVER give my info out because of obvious reasons and I NEVER DID!! I know my account wasn’t hacked over seas because obviously someone in the household auto logged in and deleted everything. (Bitter wife..?) I now have a bank full of high level items that I cant use because its all Soulbound. My legendary is gone which really sucks.
This is beyond frustrating because I have spent so much time and effort in this game not to mention gems and all my best buds I got to play this game which are all guild leaders and wvw commanders now. I have purchased over 10 GW2 games for friends just so they would play it! And I have no help at all from Anet!
Currently I have leveled another 80 Thief just because I love this dam game. It blows me away that Anet will not simply roll back my account or do whatever they have to do to help a fellow gamer out that had a crappy unfortunate situation happen. Anet can see it wasn’t hacked, just deleted.
All im asking for is for Anet to rollback my account so I can have my toons back, that’s it! Im not asking for money or a handout. I even offered to pay money to get my toons back even if they have to delete my current 80! The way I see it is anet looks at my account and says “Well your account wasn’t hacked so we’re not going to help you”
When if someone logs into your account and its not you isn’t that hacking??!!
PLEASE ANET HELP ME OUT HERE! I JUST WANT MY TOONS BACK!!

I had been off and on in GW2 as of the last 6 months, I played for a week or so, then stopped for a few weeks due to my father passing away. I logged into my account a few days ago and all of my toons had been deleted. 6 lvl 80’s fully geared, legendary etc. Is there any way that I could get them restored??? I’m super bummed, i put a crap-ton of time into gw2. Now I have a bank full of stuff that i cant touch because its soul bound. I submitted a ticket and got the reply quickly saying it was being sent to someone else, but nothing in the last 3 days.
448725:deleted toons. Im not even sure what to do really. Any help would be awesome.
