My guild has also been experiencing this issue. We are up to aura level 5 but it has not actually worked since it was level 3 and wasn’t consistent even then. It would be nice if Anet would at least acknowledge this problem and let us know the status. It is really bumming out my guildies because we have spent a lot of gold and effort upgrading our guild hall only to have it not even work. Is there any point to our continued efforts? Please tell us something, Anet.
Yes, I am seeing the same issue. When the update dropped it reset all supply maximums to the minimum level regardless of their current upgrade status. I have a bay with every upgrade except increased guard level and it is stuck at 800/800 because only upgrades that finished since the patch have increased the supply capacity. It is now impossible to order the final upgrade since it will never reach the required 1,200 supply.
