Not a bug, more of an aesthetic issue.
The two rocks on the calves of Leystone boots are asymmetrical, whereas everything else on the boots is symmetrical.

Removing the rocks would make the boots much more streamlined and aesthetic.

Gravity Well, Continuum Shift bug

Second Gravity Well does not activate if used directly after Continuum Shift resets it.

Method of replicating:
Cast gravity well. Right before the animation ends, cast continuum shift. Right after continuum shift snaps you back to the previous cooldowns, immediately cast gravity well again.

The second gravity well pops up, but it fades after the first pulse, rendering it completely useless.

If you interrupt the casting of Well of Precognition (the evasion/stability well) with another instant action such as stomping, dodge, GS 3, GS 5, Sword 2, etc, it goes on full cooldown instead of the normal 4 second interrupted action cooldown.

I have tried this with all of the other wells, all of them go on a 4 second interrupted action cooldown.

Is this a bug or working as intended?

Celestial Dye is currently 55 gold, and White is at 24, while Blue Ice dye looks just about the same, but is 5 silver.

Maybe action camera mode will solve this, when it comes out.

You don’t even need to right click to move the screen with action camera…

Please make an option to keep mouse cursor on screen when you right click while moving.

Currently the cursor disappears when you right click, and trying to target a ground aoe attack after releasing right click is very disorienting; you don’t remember where you right clicked and it takes time to find the cursor again to target the ground aoe.

I believe a simple toggle option will improve QoL for many PvPers who need to make split second decisions.

Also, can we please have options for more visible mouse cursors?

Personal story bugged at Forming the Pact

Emailed support; they told me a lot of people had the same issue in this forum; I come here, can’t find a single thread about this issue so I’m starting one myself.

Here’s what I sent support:

I had finished the Personal story on my Mesmer in January and killed Zhaitan, but when I look at his Story journal it does not show any progress past 7. Forming the Pact > Forging the Pact.

Furthermore, it is not possible for me to activate any personal story missions; there is no option to continue the story and everything is gray.

Also, I never got the Pact Weapon Container or Profession Specific Armor rewards that come with killing Zhaitan.

Joining a friend’s instance also does not progress the personal story past Forging the Pact.

Attached is a screenshot of the issue. Notice that there are no quests listed after Forging the Pact and there is no “Continue this episode” button.

Reading the previous responses about Illusionary Avenger, it seems like people are upset because:

1) The previously ranged Illusionary Avenger was able to deal damage while still being able to survive by staying out of mobs’ cleave.

2) The current melee Illusionary Avenger dies quickly from mobs’ cleave due to low health

I know Anet had their own reasons for changing it to melee range, but I feel like these changes could keep it as a melee phantasm while buffing its ability to survive until it delivers its payload:

1) Have the iAvenger spawn with its own Echo of Memory.

2) Have the iAvenger pulse alacrity and slow instead of it being on hit.

I feel these suggestions fit very well into the iAvenger’s theme of being a support phantasm, and address the issues other mesmer players are having with it.
