Very sure. I’ve tried the other abilities. This is the only one that doesn’t work at all. If it was lag, the others would be affected, but they are not. They all work like a charm. In fact, this is the only ability on any character that has this problem. I’ve seen others had this as well. But it appears not to be very wide spread as I hoped, because then there would be a fix. I might have to elevate this to a ticket of some sort if no one else has this problem.
Not lag. I mean, a delay is lag. Nothing happening is not lag.
I click on it, and nothing happens. And by nothing, I mean nothing. Doesn’t activate, nothing to target it. Nothing.

Hey, started a little guild. Nothing too fancy, I imagine it as just a little hang out for people who want to relax and play the game. So if you’re interested, sweet, hit me up. Ok, made a post, but it appears that it belongs in this thread as of now:
My account was hacked. Sent in a ticket, it has been fixed twice. Every time I reset my password and go to log in I get the same error.
45:6:3:2114
It states that my account was accessed by an unauthorized user. On the website in my account under security, it shows my IP, from my state. This shouldn’t be suspending me when I try to log in.

It’s very hard to get to the bottom of this with just emails that are very standard 2-3 days or longer apart. I’m getting really frustrated, this is the second time my account should have been fixed. There appears to be something wrong on your end, or if there isn’t, I need more information on how to fix it on my end. But nothing comes to mind at the moment.

We are in the same boat then Cinnah. I send in a new ticket, as well as updated the ticket they resolved as I was unsure exactly what to do. It’s really an issue from my previous ticket.
I had a GM contact me about the problem, but so far nothing has been done. Haven’t heard from my new ticket or my old ticket. I guess we just wait, which is disheartening.
My problem is that I went through the process, got my account back, and it is still suspended.
Actually Cinnah, I was hacked.
I have the same problem. Of course they suspend your account if they think it’s hacked. I actually have control of my account, and it’s still suspended after going through the ticket process. So, it may be possible that after you account is restored, you will still not be able to play once you get control over it.
@Renegadeimp, Sorry, that doesn’t really cut it. They resolved our tickets, but didn’t finish with fixing them. That means some people have to wait a very long time again to get something fixed that should have already been fixed.
You just have to sit back and wait. Exact same thing happened to me. They apparently didn’t un-suspend the account once they resolved your ticket. I’m still waiting to get back in, and I have my account back, and went through all the procedures.

I know how you feel. I got my account back, and they never lifted the suspension. Talked to a GM, made a new ticket, and updated my other ticket, still waiting. You would think the would put an even higher priority on the people they were supposed to fix, but didn’t.

Got my account back after being hacked. However, now there is a suspension on my account. It appears some one didn’t totally fix my problem like they should have. Anyone at Anet willing to help me out? I really don’t want to wait days after waiting days for basically the same issue.
Noble, Lost my Sister. It was ok, not a terrible story. Didn’t like the name Deborah. That, and I haven’t heard from her since.
Not to beat a dead horse, but you shouldn’t be able to change the email associated with your account without some sort of authentication. Password maybe, but email, that should be a huge red flag. I’m sure Arenanet is looking into this, and if not, they really should. Basically, all you need is the password, after that the account is yours. Most sites require the password, and then you need the ability to actually log into your email and authenticate the change. Therefore, the hacker needs two emails instead of one.
Anyways, looks like a design flaw and I’m confident you guys will get it worked out.

I was hacked, and got that figured out, now I have a message just like this atm. So, it would be annoying if I have to wait another 4 days to fix this problem lol.
Hacked Account, 4 days and finally it’s fixed. New problem atm, my account was suspended. Don’t know if this was just because it hasn’t updated that I changed my account to be secure, or that I have to do something else. At least it’s not in the hackers hands anymore.
