Some friends of mine are joining Guild Wars 2, however it turned out we were on different servers making it impossible for us to play together. To fix this I bought some gems on one of my characters in order to Server Transfer. However, when i try to transfer, it says my Account Balance is 0.
Is there something I’m supposed to do which I am missing? Is this a bug? Or does it just take some time?
