Yes I am 99% sure I used it on various NPCs in Orr to help during events.

On the wiki it states, " NPCs which can be revived can always be revived by these skills" and then lists the Illusion of Life skill.

Bump for awareness.

Anyone else have this problem? Tested Signet of Mercy and Signet of Undeath and they work fine.

I noticed that Illusion of Life no longer can revive NPCs from the defeated state. Has it changed anytime recently? It would be very useful to have this ability back when saving civilians scattered about Lion’s Arch.

I’ve tested it outside of Lion’s Arch as well and it still does not work.
