Guild Wars 2

I was just in a group with a full guild party, I was the only one not part of it. We were doing Ascalonian Catacombs Path 2 and the run was smooth for the most part. We reached The Ghost Eater and things were going well, then with the boss on 5% health, they kicked me out. I hadn’t said a word or done anything to warrant it. I don’t remember all of their names, but the guy who invited me was {REDACTED} a Sylvari Ranger on Desolation

This can’t be allowed can it? Complete waste of my time and incredibly rude, I’m so annoyed.

We can’t world transfer right now either, so it may be related. I think a server of some kind is down at the moment, even though the actual game servers are up. You’re obviously connected to the internet, so try and be patient and try again later.

It should be deleted because it’s completely baseless fear-mongering. GW2 is currently experiencing some of the highest concurrency of any MMO on the market, ever.

On topic, I’m also stuck on a server with no way out. I’m in the UK but I work shifts, while I work nights I switched to a US server, now I can’t get back to my EU one.

I moved to US side since I was working nights and on my day off, I was still in the nocturnal pattern, now I’m back to days and I was hoping to go back to my EU server, getting this error too.

As the title says, I am looking for four other GW2 players to play the game with. We don’t even need to make a guild per-say. Why? Well, I have come to realise that with 5 people you can basically do anything in the game. Or at least, the vast majority of the game. 5 is the magical number, it allows you to clear all the dungeons, you can go into WvW and cause a lot of damage, you can set up a SPvP tourney team, in short, with 5 people you can truly experience Guild Wars 2.

I have been playing since early access, but I haven’t yet been able to find a good guild or even a server that feels like home. I haven’t even done the third dungeon and up yet even though my main character has been 80 for over a week.

So what am I looking for in the 4 other people?

1 – Maturity.
2 – Log in at least once a day for several hours. Obviously I’m not going to be strict about this, but it defeats the whole purpose if you don’t log in regularly.
3 – Voice comms. Mumble, Vent, TS3, heck Skype. I don’t care, but it’s a must.

So, that’s it. I hope I can find some like-minded fun people and start doing the content I really want to do.
