Hello Gaile. I had the same problem as these people where when I tried to buy the game it kept on saying card approval failure. So I went and bought the game from Amazon. Now I am trying to buy gems and it is doing the same thing. My question is does using a debit card cause a conflict some how because it is obviously not my card. Also I would advise anyone who is having this problem to go buy it somewhere else because support can take weeks to get back to you. Also I am pretty sure Anet is loosing a lot of money from this problem as I am not the only one this has happened to.

Thank you Gaile. They finally got it resolved, though it took 2 weeks and didn’t really get any compensation since it was their fault. But thank you for your help anyways.
