based on your name and your time zone I assume you to be in China as I am, since the end of CNY the accesses to the Anet server are nearly impossible from here, can barely play one hour without packet loss and high ping per day, even through VPN.
I’d be curious to know what is your ISP because you should consider yourself lucky with your ping…. I usually have an average of 450 when the connection is stable for an hour or two tops and something more like between 1000 to 4000 ms the rest of the time, the game is purely unplayable.
I run pingplotter days and nights to be sure to not miss the time period, sending ticket to Anet is nearly useless as they will only tell you this come from your ISP, but in China the ISP won’t give a kitten if the IP address is outside of mainland (which they lock on purpose) and end up saying that Anet must do something themselves, and there start a tennis game between both part. And unfortunately none will do anything…
you just have to hang on until China decide to lower the restriction, but at this rhythm I can forget about this second league.
