No rating loss for a 4v5 is a novel idea but would however be too easy of a system to abuse.
How are you going to abuse it if its random who you are up against?
At least make the loss 4v5 invalid or something. It is great that we have the dishonor system to punish players who leaves/doesnt show up, no doubt there.
On the other hand the 4 remaining players doesnt really deserve their loss playing 4v5 on their stats.
