If i had the Dreamer, can I use its skin on a level 3 short bow, and will it shoot the rainbow unicorns?
I guess I’m asking if Leg Weapons particles and stuff work as a skin.

Man its dumb….
I have recently gotten my second 80 to, well, 80. the first was about 2 years ago. I did the firsts personal story, and disregarding choice differences, I’m noticing entire missions cut out on the second 80. I haven’t faced my fear before fort Trinity, I never met Seyah al Radjhid, or two Charr, and they’re standing around in the group of defended for the heart of Orr.
Either I am super stupid, or the missions are cut.
I’d prefer to not be super stupid…
I seem to have an issue with my personal story. Eir and my Mesmer went to get some Sons of Svanir drunk, and I’m meant to be beating on them. However, one is stuck as a passive, green mob. I can’t leave, and I can’t move on with my story. What should I do?
