Hey man I live in Auckland and I get some major lag, at the moment I cant even get on a character.
The devs said they will add new races before they add new professions.
What race do you think they will introduce?
Tengu seems most likely or something new unseen involving either the Crystal Desert or the Maguuma Jungle.

This also hindering variety in boss fights. As of now the way I’ve seen boss fights go are thus: DPS boss, DPS thing healing boss or protecting boss/Adds, DPS boss, dodge big attack, stay alive, DPS boss. Rinse and repeat. This is not only repetitive but can be very boring after many fights.
As opposed to “tank, tank, tank and tank some more” while the other guy is like “heal, heal oh and more heal”? How is trinity adding more variety pray tell?
Your idea will result in certain classes being de facto tanks or healers. There will be no variety, you’ll always be expected to do that one thing. Bad idea.
But its still more variety than everyone dps

No new professions.
The developers said the chance for this is really low.
However there is a good chance they will expand current classes with new traits, weapons, skills, etc.
In terms of new things…
Do not expect new professions or off map areas (aside from PvP/WvW stuff).Do Expect traits, skills, items, and the current map to begin to be filled out.
Ive also heard that there won’t be any expansions or new continents. Does anyone know anything about this?
Is it likely that there will be a new profession? If there is I think it is likely to be a heavy profession like guardian or warrior, because there are only 2 of them and 3 of all the others.
Any thoughts ?
