Guild Wars 2

You can change the mouse wheel function in the application that you install to setup your mouse. Well, most of them. I can change it on my Logitech mouse at work and my Razer mouse at home.

It is against the Rules of Conduct to automating any game functions using a third party app.

“You may not use any third-party program (such as a “bot”) in order to automate gameplay functions, including playing, chatting, interacting, or gathering gold or items within Guild Wars 2. You may not assist, relay, or store gold or items for other players who are using these processes.”

I use a Logitech G13 game board without any issues. It’s not a keyboard or a mouse and it has an application that runs in the background.

I had the same issue. I had to set the game exe and the g13 exe to run as administrator.
