The confirmation window should have been in at launch. And the devs should keep in touch with the type of issues players are dealing with trough tickets/customer support. Many people have been reporting this for weeks. I’ve had an open ticket for 13 days and the only thing they said before passing my case to “the right people” was that they don’t have the tech to solve it. Which I can’t believe.
My only question is how did John Peters or any other dev/designer finds about this now? Do they not have communication with the people who handle tickets?
This worries me.
