Server/teir for HST/HSAT timezone?

What server/teir is good for someone living in the HST/HSAT (Hawaii Standard Time) timezone? I get on GW2 around 6-7pm HST. I am currently in NA servers, but don’t mind transferring to EU if it means having a better WvW experience. Also which server would you guys recommend? My play style is zerging (60% of the time) and small group roaming (38%) and sometimes solo roaming (2% lol).

Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

P.S. I would like to avoid T1-2, due to the ‘long’ queues (please correct me if I’m wrong).

Yes, I have repaired it once and played for an hour-ish and crashed again. I’m re-repairing it as I type this. And thanks for the link, reading some of them seems like I can do those things and maybe it’ll fix it.

For the EoTM part, this hasn’t happened before I stopped playing. It would have the occasionally ZvZ lag, but nothing like now, it’s worst.

Hopefully a tech support (or someone computer savvy) can help me solve my problem. I keep crashing after, maybe, an hour of game play. It has also been “laggier” then before and I don’t think it’s my internet as my other games and browsing (youtubing, downloading, etc.) is fine.

Also, sometimes it would “freeze” for a bit (no damage, skills isn’t working, etc.) and then resumes all at once. This happens in EoTM, when either zerg vs zerging or when killing a champion/boss (capturing points).

This all started after a nvidia update, but I haven’t played GW2 for 2-3 months beforehand. So don’t know if it’s a software issue or a hardware issue. Did a log report, but don’t know what I’m looking at… Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.
