Guild Wars 2

I know EXE hasn’t been in WvW all week and I honestly have barely logged in. Such a boring week in WvW and I also refuse to spawn camp…..

Best of luck to you guys come next week though, we just have the upper hand here with our population and guild alliances.

I like how people keep pretending there are literally no people online at night from SF and SoR…. I particularly liked the football field analogy. lol

We had a good run last night, there was a rather large defense force in both borderlands. Although we managed to control most of the points eventually we were routed a few times with, I believe it was SoR, just stomping us at their garrison. We showed up and walked RIGHT back out haha.

So to the SF and SoR night players, who aren’t complaining here, CHEERS, I hope tonight is just as good of a fight.

And to Enerjak….. you keep making mention of us PvEing… Have you enjoyed PvEing our land this evening because when I was on a few hours ago there were about 6 of us defending Mendon’s and getting steamrolled. You just keep bragging about how your primetime force is “strong” when you guys are literally doing the same thing that we do on YOUR off peak hours and then coming here to brag. I don’t understand how you don’t see that. So you go ahead and get your PvE in for the night and we’ll just do it better later on.

So I’m looking at the map right now and I’m so angry that SF and SoR are “day capping” us!!! They wait till our largest force is offline and then “PvE” all of our land… If they were serious they would come at us when we have all of our people on, but instead they are just gonna “day cap” us……

Sound familiar???

Not really complaining, because quite frankly we are taking a BEATDOWN in there right now but DH WILL see you all tonight. We’ll be there with bells on, hope you hold onto something…..

Has the Darkhaven Alliance declined into rampant cursing and immature behavior? I was on this morning and all of our “commanders” were just screaming cuss words in chat and trying to get us to hit fully upgraded walls with trebuchets. It was rather disgraceful to be honest, definitely not a proud moment for Darkhaven. Hopefully things and attitudes get better so we can ALL enjoy WvW and not have to deal with the few people who can’t express themselves in an intelligent manner. Hats off to the few people that were trying to get us pointed in the correct direction though! Thank you!

Yak’s are REALLY bad about greifing in the jumping puzzle.. Not that it really matters in the scope of the whole topic here but it’s awesome how guilds like Nice Guys just camp out in there all night and tag team people to death. I managed to solo two of them this evening on different occasions as they are pretty terrible at PvP in general. (lol rifle Warrior) At any rate it’s impassable at this point with out any real resistance, but Yak’s dominate everything else in here over night, might as well “hold down” the jumping puzzle too haha.

Darkhaven is middle of the road. Right now we are being CRUSHED by Yak’s Bend, but other pairings we have been dominant. We have no queue or maybe 5-10min at peak times.

Yak’s Bend is the exact same way. I understand the “pvp in a pvp zone” sarcasm, but they are there solely to stop you from advancing through the puzzle. Or greifing, whichever you would like to call it. The benefits of PvPing in the jumping puzzle are abysmal at best, it’s just to be a-holes. Emhry Bay is the same too. And it’s certain small guilds, that I’m assuming don’t stand much of a chance on the open field as most of them are easily solo’d when they will drop off a ledge away from their peers.

Annoying to say the least. If it was a fair fight it would be different, but it’s for the sole purpose of greifing….

A Quick Welcome

I would like to say thank you for browsing our guild recruitment thread. Quick synopsis of Execution is a mature, semi-hardcore guild. We are all adults and only recruit adults so we don’t feel the need to censor ourselves. We have been running dungeons and doing WvW on an impromtu basis so far but will be scheduling once everyone is a little closer to 80.

Who We Are

Execution is a long standing guild created nearly 5yrs ago in World of Warcraft. Cataclysm was the final straw for Execution, and our officers have been on hiatus from the organized guild structure. Our accomplishments in “that other game” ranged from PvE hardcore raiding to rated BGs. Our guild was built on the idea that we are a social friendly guild of adults that use our time wisely to progress.

What To Expect From Us

Our guild is and always has been comprised of adults. We tend to keep a loose attitude and don’t frown upon cursing and strive to maintain an adult atmosphere. Treating each other with respect is a must in order to be a part of our team.

We are progression minded. The details of all that is progression in GW2 is still a mystery at this point, in past game endeavors we have kept a medium raid schedule. 3-4 nights per week for a few hours with no jacking around has been the way we have always operated. We understand that everyone has a life to attend to and we have never placed restrictions on our members. However, those that want to progress and are available for 100% of our scheduled events will always have priority.

What We Expect From You

Be 21+ years of age. It’s an adult guild, we don’t cater to immature attitudes.

Be respectful of other guild members and the community. You will be representing our guild while in game. Trolling in chat is not prohibited, however we would prefer that you know where to draw the lines.

Be part of the team. We aren’t recruiting people that like to play solo and never get in TeamSpeak. While it’s ok to do that, we would rather have folks that get in TS and communicate with the team even when we aren’t actively doing an event.

Be patient! As we gather our forces our website will grow in activity. We hope that those that choose to start GW2 with us will be part of that activity and make our time there together meaningful.

Where We Are At

We are currently in the leveling process, which means that we are leveling wholly as a group. Helping each other and trying to get everyone on the same page. Events have already started as we have been scheduling them and using our guild upgrades to facilitate progress. We are about 30 strong right now and planning to bring in more as we move along.
