I was playing WvW and saw someone who where obviously cheating
I recorded him on video,
also I managed to get his account name, and his friends account name.
What sould I do with those info ?
If you’re talking about linking Gw2 and Gw1 account, yes you can play both at the same time.
As they said javascript is enough to use the API but keep in mind that if you app has more than one user, you wont be able to cache the api result.
To do some caching you’ll need so server side code (ie: php)
