Not happy with merely invading a new country every few years, Americans find a way to invade my IMEs, too.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Don’t be American
2. Launch GW2
3. The EN-US IME gets added to the list of IMEs in the taskbar
Notes:
Windows 10.
Note that although the EN-US IME is present in the taskbar, and may be switched to, it is not present in the list of IMEs in the control panel. This is the same thing as described in this post: http://superuser.com/questions/685078/how-do-i-remove-english-us-from-windows-8-1
Further note that adding the EN-US IME to the list of IMEs in the control panel, and then removing it, does indeed remove the EN-US IME from the list of IMEs in the taskbar, but it does not stop Guild Wars 2 from creating the EN-US IME every single time it launches.

Please don’t mess with my keyboard settings. The EN-US IME isn’t even activated and used when GW2 runs. It is merely created (and resigned to a half-existence at that). The only thing it does is turn a simple toggle between the two normal IMEs that I use, into a 3-way scroll (which is immensely annoying).
This was my favorite part about the class, and the thing that finally got me to love the elementalist (after going through many unfun builds).
Please anet, revert the changes, or at least give the dodge blast finishers the same cooldowns as the dodge spells.
