Hello everyone.

As promised, update after I received a reply from the support team.

They informed me that I can keep the character slot as a gift from them.

Also thank you Gaile, for telling about the beta bug, I think I might have purchased a slot during the weekend they gave all of us free gems to test the store.

I will proceed to make my 7th character in the near future then! : D

Thanks for (all the) replies. I have opened a ticket, I used the closest appropriate header (Gameplay) and am await ing response.

I reported it because I’d rather not exploit a bug.

When I have a reply I will post it here, so that people with the same problem can look it up.

I purchased gems this morning, spend them on a bank tab and a character slot.

When I went to make my 6th character I found I had received two additional slots.

I made my 6th character, but not made a character in the mystery slot, as I am unsure whether I’m supposed to have it.

I send in a bug report (Can’t submit a ticket as none of the selectable headers seem appropriate to me), but as those normally do not give a reply, I thought I should ask on the forums if this is intended, if the slot will be removed when they process my bug report, or what else it would mean?

The only other posts on this topic I found were over 4 months old.
