I have 2 Mesmer one a Norn the other an Azuran. Both have been trained fully in the Elite Specialization of Chronomancer.
My Norn received her Chronomance Shield and Epaulets by when I fully trained my Azuran she received nothing.
Can we not get it if we have duplicate classes
