I sometimes use GW2 as a backdrop for my discussions—especially when GW2 is the topic of my dissertation that video. However, you’ve listed everyone that I actually spend time looking at when it’s time for me to get my GW2 YT fix.
GW2 economy videos about how to play the market and what’s in the market have been hit-or-miss for me. While there’s some nice data mining sites out there (e.g. gw2spidy.com) they’re not always the best to use—it’s almost stock market like. Also: It’s not what I do in game to make money.
I’ll keep an eye out for video makers who focus on that area and report back if I find anything.

I don’t have it yet, but I’m aiming for it as one of my legendaries—barring something more interesting coming out in the interim of my quest.
Now, I do wish that it had slightly better effects and I’m rather partial to legendary weapons to do something when in action. In some ways I’d like when wielded Flame Seeker Prophecies to have some sort of effect when blocking. It could be a burst of light, or a curve of flame dancing out around the character.
It’s a shield after all.

I think that I now live for hearing my female sylvari getting retaliation:
“This rose has thorns; here they are!”

I am amused by the idea of the affixable banner—similar to the sashimono flags worn by samurai. However, one of the mechanics of the flag currently is that it does essentially replace someone’s weapons when they become a “moving buff.”
If anything, I like my banner summon: it provides a nice solid area buff that I can use for supporting my team and not worry about it. And, if we’re on the move, I or someone else can grab it and speed us along our way. These are mechanics I’ve gotten used to, though, and changing them may be a noticeable reformat.

Flame Seeker Prophecies is a very nice looking legendary that has a great deal of lore behind it; but it’s obvious that Anet has a lot more love for big weapons than for anything else—just see the trio of legendary greatswords. Engineers do suffer a great deal in that when we switch to kits we’re suddenly bereft of many weapon-effects and animations—except, of course, the kit.
It would be nice to have some quality-and-beauty updates to FSP that perhaps give it a foot-effect. It would even be nicer if Anet thought about the necessity of having a legendary wielded for its effect to be shown. After all: why can’t engineers have our flamethrower get an extra sheen when wearing FSP? or have Quip generate some sort of strange particles when using the Elixir gun.
After all: our kits replace our weapons, so they should become the conduit for the auras and effects otherwise associated with the legendary.
