Is there a way to put the portable better for the game? In the hardware or something?

Well in the moment I play only GW2. I would like to play with a little more fps. In the portable (its the one I play for now) I get 30/35 in PVE low/medium. In wvw with zerg I have to put minium and with a lot of skills the fps go down a lot!

I have 2 computers, one desktop and one portable. I’m going to put the specs of the 2 computers and if you can say whats the best one to play this game I would be grateful.
