Guild Wars 2

I have a thief that i want to use for capping/hitting dolyaks.

I was wondering what’s the best selection of armor pieces/trinkets to get the stats I should have

Going to start CoF farming, but will also probably do other PvE content too. So I need something that will satisfy this.
I tried looking, but there’s always multiple builds being suggested/debated.
Hopefully I can get a straight answer from here. Thx in advance
