This actually looks like something I’ve been looking for.
I am a returning GW1/GW2 player, living in Denmark.
However, my server is SFR. Would that be a problem?

Greetings.
Today I tried buying a batch of 1600 gems. This went smoothly. However, when I tried (2 times) to buy more, it came up saying
“Unfortunately an error has occurred – please try again later”
Can a GM respond as how I should proceed? I really don’t hope that it has charged me for the two times I tried buying where it came up with that error message.
