I’ve been experimenting alot with builds for not only capping WvW Camps, but maintaining some decent dueling ability.
Been leaning toward Staff and Scepter / Dagger with Con+/Tough/Vit and it does decent. Generally use a tanky MM build.
WelloMancers also can clear camps very easily, but I struggle alot if i run into any Scouts.
What kinds of recommendations do you all have for stats and trait allocation if I want to destroy camps effectively while also having any sort of dueling presence?
Is Power and Healing Power worth using really?
I’m only interested in the fact that it may turn items to account bound instead of Soulbound. So I could use a skin elsewhere or whatever. Or take a gem out of jewelry for instance.

I just want some input on building a Necro.
I am a ~Minion Master~ who wants alot of survivability and wants help setting up armor and skills properly. I mainly PvP, or WvW roam, with some Dungeons.
1. What would you say the best stats to run are for a heavy tank build?
(PVT) , (CHT) , (CVT) ?
2. I’m using 20,0,30,20,0. Building around minions. Think its the best?
3. Is Consume Conditions a better overall Heal than a Minion with a target on its head?
4. Do Minions actually scale off any stats where its noticable?
5. How do you feel about Healing Power in general on a MM Necro?
