I sent a ticket to ncsoft got some methods that didn’t work, told them that it didn’t work and I’ve waited like 3 days for a response from them and I got no response. So tbh I feel like quitting because I can barely enjoy this game with these random black screens that annoy the hell out of me. I’ve tried every method. I’ve posted on this forum like 5 times about this issue and got no response. Can anyone seriously please help me?

And not only that, but my settings for AMD Catalyst controls 3d gaming is already set to “use Application settings”

When ever I’m playing the game, randomly I get a black screen I turned all my graphics on low, and I set my frame limit to 30 yet it still gives me a black screen. Can anyone help me find a fix?

How do I make it so it uses only 1 CPU, I have:

Amd Phenmon II six core processor.

Gw2, is using way to much of my cpu, is there anyway to fix this I lowered the graphics options to “low” yet I still hear my computers fans going crazy. Is there a way for it to take less CPU usage?

Also when the CPU usage goes really high it makes the game screen go black.

CPU usage:
40-50%

Each time I log on and play, I can play fine for the first few minutes then randomly a black screen pops up, and I have to restart the whole thing is there a fix for this?
