Hi,
I recently started with ranger for the first time and while the spirits are fun to play with they do not seem to work the way I would expect.
Mainly I have found that storm spirit only applies a stack of vuln one time. I have done some testing and it stays at the one stack of 3. New stacks are not added and duration is not being recharged (which mathematically should with 75% on hit). So does this mean it only gives one stack at the same time?
- Same thing with Sun spirit.
- frost spirit does seem to have a chance to work on each hit.
So is there a mechanic I am not understanding or an IC that is not being mentioned?
Something a bit irrelevant to this specific bug but relevant to UA…
Guys, pls forgive my ignorance, I seemed to have missed something. Is UA triggering confusion multiple times intended or a bug? I see it not in the bug list…
intended
False. Its a bug.
Yeah, I also saw it listed as a bug. Confusion damages on skill use regardless of the hits it does. Vicious lacerations on the other hand procs per hit so UA can give up to five stacks of might (or so it seems to be working atm).
Outgoing Healing only applies to others. “To allies” generally includes yourself (can’t remember any exception), there are no self heal increasing traits for Revenants and overall self heal is terrible.
It being terrible was necessary for PvP balance since we had too many active (and anti-power) defenses, now that they removed clerics it’s arguable whether this is true.Selfless amplification gives you a outgoing healing bonus of HealingPower/100 rounded downwards.
Outgoing healing stacks additively so you just sum up the bonuses with 100% and multiply that by the healing to get healing on others.OutgoingHeal=BaseHeal*(OHB1+OHB2+OHB3…+100)/100
Were OHB is outgoing healing bonus.Well tranquill benediction and serene rejuvination should boost it then since it applies to allies. It also works well with th staff then. Though it might indeed be better to take invocation then. In the end trying out different build is part of the fun of this game so…
Serene rejuvenation (and tranquil balance) does not, it’s a regular outgoing healing bonus, just a bad tooltip.
Tranquil benediction applies regen to whomever catches the staff orb, not really useful since facet of light on glint gives perma regen.
Ok, thanks in any way. Then I’ll best not waste my points on salvation during the leveling part of pve.

Hi all,
I recently made my first revenant and am thinking of making a s/s and staff build. Using swords with devestation for damage and prably staff with salvation for healing. Granted it does not provide max damage but for story pve it does not matter (I play what I find fun not what is more effective untill I start with raids and dungeon runs but thats after lvl80).
My main question is wether traits like tranquill benediction, serene rejuvination and selfless amplification also apllies to self. It says outgoing healing and healing of allies but staff auto 3 and skill 4 also heals self while stating it heals allies. Also how does selfless amplification exactly Works?
