A couple of days ago I tried to enter the game and got an error code witch implied the account or password are wrong. Since the boxes to remember acc and pass were always checked it’s hard to imply that I have typed the wrong acc or pass.(and yes I am using the email as my account name).
So I tried to reset the password, entered a new password, logged into the website, tried to log into the game and nothing. So I log out from the website and tried to log in again, only to get the password mismatch message. Weird right? So I retype the password about 10 times making sure I don’t spell it wrong, checking caps lock,etc, etc (of course the acc name was the email).
Frustrated I send a ticket to support and they reset my password, without me asking for it. Anyway I type a new password (things get complicated since I’m running out of password ideas), write it down, try to log in…nothing. I copy/paste it still nothing.
Even more frustrated I send a ticket to support team asking NOT to reset my password but come up with a serious answer. So they reset my password again, this time giving me a new password. I try to log in with their password and still nothing. I type it ,copy/paste it about 20 times and nothing.
Another ticket sent, this time apparently the ticket was sent to the higher-ups.
Of course I didn’t have the patience to wait 2 days for an answer so I reset my password a bunch of times until it finally worked.
2 days later I receive an email from the higher support telling me that the reason why I can’t login is that I didn’t type the password correctly.
At this point I don’t know if I should laugh or cry.
My question is: If I don’t do anything wrong , meaning I type the account and password correctly and I get the error code again, what should I do? If I do a quick google search on the Error code 11:1001:2:1270, a bunch of topics from this forum pop up with the same issue dating since a couple of months back.
I don’t want to try to log in today or tomorrow and have to repeat this whole process again. Sorry for the wall of text but I felt like blowing some steam off.
I just started playing this game yesterday.I tried to sign into game but it didnt work im sure it was same password.I use google chrome as my default browser so it saved my password for the forum.I tried the recover password page i typed in email,serial code,name.But it said a error has occured please contact support.When i go to submit a request page all i got was words “submit request” with no links,im also on a android right now so do I have to be on pc to see it?

When you enter the serial code don’t type any dashes (-), just type the letters and numbers, you will not get the error anymore.
