We look for russian players focused on WvW.
Requirements to candidates:
1. Age not less than 20 years (sometimes we do exceptions);
2. Installation of the TeamSpeak3 softwere and ability to use it, existence of a microphone and presence on our voice server during game are obligatory;
3. Parameters of your computer and Internet connection shouldn\’t create obstacles for comfortable game in our team;
4. Discipline, constructive communication, communicate skill, perception of criticism;
5. Participation in command actions, ability to refuse personal actions for stay in game in favor of collective actions of guild.
- We don\’t gather zerg, to us the atmosphere in guild is important;
- We look for people for game in team, instead of solo players;
- We got used to hear a members, instead of to read his written outpourings in a chat;
- We want to see our guild with active players.

At present time there is no need for questionnaire writing, the question of reception will be done by results of conversation with you.
