Guild Wars 2

I’m missing one hero point in Verdant Brink, the Pact Airship Wreckage hero point. If i stand where the map claims where it is, there’s nothing there, and if i interact with the place of power, it claims i already have the hero point.

Is there anyone else who have experienced this problem?

Is there a way to get a first person view in the game?

If I want to take a screenshot, I don’t always want my character to be in the picture. I can’t find any option in-game, or am I just looking in the wrong places?
