They don’t need to nerf damage. They don’t need to add tons of new boons and stats. All they need to do is lengthen CDs and durations on condi skills and make condi cleansers remove more conditions (maybe on a little higher CD too).
That way if condi throws all his CDs on you, you can remove it and he is a sitting duck. If condi actually thinks when to use his abilities, you can still mitigate part of his damage. And if you don’t bring any cleanses, it’s solely your own fault.

Allow Conditions to Critical.

This game just needs longer CDs with higher durations/power and lower uptimes. And maybe more vit/tough/hp from items. You know, something that actually rewards reactions instead of this I-could-just-have-passive-aura-that-does-dmg-around-me gameplay.

Bug: Spectral Grasp + Spectral Attunement

It’s probably because of how spells work in this game. Grasp and Grasp + Attun are actually two different spells. It simplifies spells handling when there is loads of players involved. Instead of checking if given player has got a specific trait, it just casts the upgraded spell. And because of that, if there is some change in base spell, they have to change traited spell too. And they usually forget. Well, it’s not like there is just a few spells and traits, so try understand them a little.
