Guild Wars 2

Well tbh my main focus is going to be pvp and wvw anyway, and those 3 suggestions were just classes that appealed to me but I’m not dead set on them – which profession is of all of the total ones available most pvp orientated? I’m not concerned about being the “BEST” because I know there’s no such thing in a mmo

Hi so having been out the game the last year and a bit I’ve decided to get back into the game – I’ve narrowed it down to these three professions but can’t decide

I’ve played all 3 but only at a low level and some pvp so don’t know what to expect for end game.

Could someone possibly weigh up the pros and cons of each classes – as in levelling, single target dps, aoe, pvp, wvw, fractals Ect Ect

I just don’t want to focus all my time in one get to end game and not like it and I hear a lot about engineer and elementalist being very difficult to master? How much truth is their to this?

Well in that case I’m looking to purchase a laptop for university anyway with the ability to play gw2 at least, open to all suggestions only really had a look at Alienware but I think they are more for high end spec games?

I could be wrong!

Also I get great discounts from mac because I’m a student but dnno if the Mac Pro 13" (retina display) is even good enough

What do you have now as a CPU and video card? The very least the video card.

Currently at uni atm so don’t have access to my computer but graphics card is a Nvidia GeForce 660 or something like that and the CPU is fairly average it can play world of Warcraft on medium, league of legends, but when starting up GW2 the screen goes fuzzy restarts the computer and I get a notification about how the video card failed or something

Won’t really be able to check exact specs till I’m back in London (2 weeks) tho, I don’t expect a perfect answer just some tangible feedback, cuz I literally have NO IDEA what graphics card is required…because I’ve checked the specs to play GW2 but dnno how the iris Intel HD 3000 they reccomend differs from any other graphics card

Hi guys my current computer can’t play GW2 as a result of having a terrible graphics card and low CPU.. The only thing I can attempt is to try and buy a new graphics card and hope this compensates for the low CPU.

Budget of about £40/50 but obviously the lower the better (I appreciate this isn’t a lot for a new graphics card but if I have to pay anymore I will just consider buying a new computer completely)
