I also had an issue loading the Blood Tribune Quarters. After a few minutes, I gave up and quit the program using “Close Window” from the windows desktop. When I tried to log back in with the same character (Ionarr), I received a message about not being able to connect to the log in server (Code: 19:9:18:1614:101). The game client restarted and I was able to log back in normally.
